About

Every side of the table

The Educator
Years as a special education teacher, writing goals and sitting on IEP teams.
The Advocate
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, educational consultant, and literacy expert, helping families make sense of behavior plans and academic goals.
The Parent
A parent of children with IEPs myself — hoping the team truly sees my own child, just like you are.

I've sat on every side of the table — and I know what it feels like to walk in hoping someone is in your corner.

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), educational consultant, former special education teacher, and literacy expert. That combination means I can help you understand not just the paperwork, but the behavior plans, academic goals, and everyday decisions behind your child's IEP.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to sit across from a team of professionals while trying to advocate for your child — because I've been the parent in that seat too. I help you get there prepared and confident, even though I'm not in the room with you.

As a parent of kids with IEPs myself, I know the emotional weight of preparing for a meeting — knowing you have to fight for what your child needs. You don't have to face it alone.
